If your items are damaged or broken please email email@example.com immediately with a photo of the damaged item and we are happy to issue a replacement (subject to product availability) or a refund of the purchase price.
If your item is not damaged, we do accept returns on select items – unopened in season soap and bath bombs can be returned for a refund. Due to sanitary reasons, we will not accept refunds on body butter, face masks, bath salts, or body scrubs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason.
We also do not accept returns on sale items. We will not return shipping charges for soaps/bath bombs that have not been damaged. Recipient must pay to ship unopened soaps/bath bombs back and a refund will be issued upon arrival at our facility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds are not instant and take anywhere between 7 to 10 business days to post depending on your banking institution. Please verify with your bank, via telephone (do not simply check your online banking or statements and say “I do not see it”) first that you have not received a refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to conference call with your banking institution and us so please have your banking information ready.
