General Questions

Does your store have any physical locations?
We have a physical location where we manufacture our products however it is not open to the public. A retail store may be in our future but as of right now it is not a reality.


Questions about our Return Policy, Refunds and Exchanges.

I do not like the smell of this soap, can I exchange it or get a refund?
As long as the product is unused and in its original sealed packing we may accept the return. It must be within 14 days of receipt, in season and not a sale item.

I had a reaction to your product can I get a refund?
Sugarberry Soap is not responsible for any reactions to any particular ingredient. Each product has a label that lists the ingredients and directions for use. We are not liable for misuse of our products once they have been received by the customer. Every product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients and directions for usage. People with sensitivities or allergies to any listed ingredient should not purchase or use the product. Always conduct a patch test when using new topical products. If at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.

How can I place an order?
You can place orders right here on this website! We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order, or just have a question about your products?

Questions About Shipping

Do you allow local pick up? Can I get directions to your location?
We do not allow local pick up at our manufacturing location. We do not have any brick and mortar retail stores at this time, however, we hope to in the future.

How do you ship your products?
We ship all orders through the United States Post Office & we will need a physical address to ship to instead of a PO Box. We try to use flat rate boxes when applicable, but sometimes it is much cheaper to ship it by weight.

How much is shipping?
This is determined by the number of products you are purchasing, the weight of the package and your location.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.

My product arrived broken/damaged, can I get a refund?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us so if a product arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us. In the event that the unthinkable has happened please follow these steps:

  • Keep all packaging together along with the invoice.
  • If the outer packaging has been severely damaged during shipping and handling please take photographs of the received package, as these are extremely helpful.
  • Send us an email to let us know what has happened.
  • We will file a claim with USPS or replace your missing or damaged item(s). Replacement items are subject to availability.

I am missing a product I ordered, what do I do?
We take pride in making sure that your items are packed very carefully, however, due to the method needed to package items to ensure their safety, items can go unnoticed between the packaging materials. It is important you verify all the items listed on your packing slip have arrived and are undamaged before throwing away packaging and/or invoice. If you still cannot locate the item, contact us.

What does your soap do?
Our Soap looks and smells great while it cleanses your skin. That is all it is intended to do.

Do you have a soap that can treat or cure [INSERT CONDITION HERE]?
Unfortunately, I am not a licensed medical professional. I cannot legally or ethically make claims about my soap or other bath products that I create. I love to learn and pass that knowledge down to other people.

I heard activated charcoal helps with acne, do you have an acne soap?
I have products that contain activated charcoal as a colorant or exfoliate. My soaps and products cannot be used to treat any skin conditions. If they do, hey that’s great, but it is purely coincidental.
